Our Purpose
Yinzer Logistics is a Veteran owned and operated small business providing Amazon package delivery services in the Stafford / Fredericksburg Virginia area. Our team of dedicated Delivery Associates each delivers more than 200 packages daily, and do so with our customers in mind. Yinzer's #1 focus is safety, and being mindful about conducting our business in a responsible manner as a member of the local community. We might have a Pittsburgh name, but we are local Virginians and community members; we are neighbors and act like it. Say "Hi" the next time you see us on your street delivering Smiles.

We're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals, with a positive attitude who want to join our team, safely driving a van, delivering Amazon packages in the Greater Fredericksburg - Stafford Region. As a Delivery Driver for Yinzer Logistics, it will be your mission to exceed customer expectations and make sure all orders, large or small, are delivered time on target, to the right location, with a pleasant greeting.

Duties and Responsibilities

Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.

Use hand held mobile device for routing information, customer delivery information.

Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.

Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.

Load and unload packages to be delivered.

Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.

We work on a TEAM and will at times require employees to assist in delivering additional packages at the end of their scheduled route.

Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:

Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
- Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift
